Ajit Narasimhan has been at the forefront of homeowner litigation and advocacy working under several prominent Southern California, New Jersey, and New York attorneys, handling more than 1,800 mortgage related litigation cases since 2010, and is a Certified Legal Document Assistant (LDA) under California’s Business and Professions Code. Narasimhan graduated with honors from South Coast College’s Associate of Arts Paralegal program graduation in 2011, after spending more than a decade in the media industry in his home state of Texas, where he obtained his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. Narasimhan has worked in multiple areas of law, including mortgage litigation, Immigration cases, including but not limited to F-series, H1B (Specialty), Political Asylum, EB5 (Investment) visas, Bankruptcy- Chapter 7, and 13 consumer bankruptcies, and more complex chapter 11 bankruptcies for large corporate clients including prosecuting and defending adversarial proceedings.
